        In this writing, the basics and preconditions of the discussion such as the recognition of the truth of the soul and body and its ability as the inductor or the sentient of perception, are specifically expressed in Mulla Sadra's view. In the following, the differences between the views of the Islamic scholars in the discussion of the above are discussed as the introduction of the concept of perception and feeling, and these discussions will also differentiate the speeches of those intellectuals in the context of perception and feeling. In terms of perception, the author, after expressing the theory and foundations and the results of the discussion, regards those intellectuals, and especially Mulla Sadra, in expressing the differences and differences between the views of those Islamic scholars. In the final section, discussions on issues such as emotions and controversies have been considered, based on Mulla Sadra's principles and views on animal and human perception, and the attention is paid to the distinction between feelings in animals and humans.         In the Muslim world, the unity between Shi'a and Sunni plays an essential role and it has particular importance. But without recognizing the factors of conflict between Shi'a and Sunni, cannot getting to a lasting unity. Therefore, it must scientifically recognize the ideological, historical and political origins of the differences between Shiite and Sunni. The main subject of this paper is to analyze and critique the differences between Shi'a and Sunni in the New Motazalian. The main question of this study is what is analyzed and criticize of differences between Shiite and Sunni in point of new Mu'tazilites? Regarding the researches have done that by new Motazalians about the differences between Shiite and Sunni, the purpose of this study is to understand and study the factors of difference between Shiite and Sunni in terms of these scholars, which we will finally criticize their ideas. The method of this research is Analytical-Descriptive. The present study aims at criticizing and analyzing the factors and roots of Shiite and Sunni differences from the new Motazalian perspective. The new view of the Mu'tazilites, like any other thinker, has the strengths and weaknesses. Therefore, we will criticize these views. In this research, we at first studied the division of Shi'a and Sunni differences and then studied new views of the Mu'atzelians about the roots of Shiite and Sunni differences, and then we discuss the factors of difference between Shi'a and Sunni, and then analyze the factors we will discuss them.         Muslims believe that the Qur'an is the word of God, but critics of the Qur'an have always tried to create doubts against this divine book in order to cast doubt on the divinity of the Qur'an Considering the spread of these doubts in the recent centuries and the contexts of the emergence of this doubt, in this article, in a descriptive and analytical way, while explaining the literary doubt and the factors of its occurrence and emergence, the course of the emergence and development of such doubt in five The period from the era of descent to the late period has been investigated.The most important findings of this research are: In the era of the descent of the prophet's wisdom, he blocked the way of casting any doubts, while the lack of compilation of the rules of the Arabic language at that time ruled out such a doubt. During the period of the Imams (as) and companions, factors such as; The phenomenon of different readings, weakness in the Arabic script, the presence of similar verses and difficult words, became the basis for literary disputes in this age, which was met with the response of the Companions and the wisdom of the Imams (AS).
